Thanksgiving this year was amazing. Friends, Family, and plenty of good food… I actually think I over-estimated a bit :/ so lots of left-overs! We hosted Thanksgiving this year at our house and invited friends over that were staying in town. I tested out some recipes, like Against All Grain’s pumpkin bread.. soooo good, and came up with my own versions working from Paleo Comfort Foods Stuffing.
I created a Pumpkin Pie, Cauli-Parsnip Mashers with Gravy, Green Bean Casserole, Marinated Brussels Salad, Banana Hazelnut Pudding, Cranberry & Mint Meatballs and a Honey/Orange Glazed Turkey. My friends brought some more treats they created like French Stuffing, Sweet Potatoes, and Roasted Brussels to have a complete meal to feed an army!
